WORKING PRINCIPLE

Crystallite Depth 8 is a minimally invasive fractional treatment combining microneedles and RF energy. PRODUCT INSTRUCTIONS

1. Installation steps: 1 Install the hanger on the device. 2Connect the handle to the handle socket on the back of the device, align and insert it and put it

5. Instructions for using credit card:

• Each card is limited to 15 swipes (card swipes). It is counted once every time it is turned on, and there is no limit to the usage time. If you turn it on again after             shutting it down, you need to enter the working system to swipe the card to use it.

• This card is an inductive smart card. Please keep it away from high temperature, strong magnetic field, corrosion and other environments. It is
strictly forbidden to bend the card. Please keep this card properly.

• Swipe card activation: When the device is turned on and enters the working system interface, an E2 prompt “Please swipe the card” appears, please put
the card in the card swiping sensing area of the host and tap it (as shown in the figure 1 below), and the system automatically recognizes and activates

• Treatment recommendations for each probe type energy:
  •  Nano crystallite: RF energy level treatment recommended 40-100W;
  • 12P (small size): RF energy level therapy recommended 40-100W;

  • The treatment parameters are adjusted according to the individual skin reaction and sensory feedback. Thinner and sensitive skin is recommended to start with 40W energy level.
  • Power recommendations range from 40W to 80W for 1mm depth.
  • The deeper the treatment, the higher the RF energy that can be applied.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

1. 1. Women avoid menstruation, pregnancy and lactation.
   2. Pacemakers or internal defibrillators, or other metal perforations or implants anywhere in the body should be used with caution.
   3. The current skin is undergoing chemotherapy, radiotherapy, cryotherapy should be used with caution.
   4. Disease history of heat stimulation, such as recurrent herpes simplex in the treatment area.
   5. Any active skin conditions in the treatment area, such as ulcers, psoriasis, eczema and rashes, open lacerations, skin damage and abrasions or lesions, inflammation and allergic conditions are prohibited.
   6. It is not recommended for patients with a history of thermal stimulation diseases, such as herpes simplex recurrence in the treatment area.
   7. People with severe scar constitution, poor coagulation mechanism, keloids, abnormal wound healing and very dry and fragile skin should use it with caution.
   8. Immunosuppressive diseases, such as AIDS and HIV immunosuppressive diseases or immune system damage caused by the use of immunosuppressive drugs, should be used with caution.
   9. Serious concurrent diseases, such as heart disease, sensory disturbance, epilepsy, uncontrolled hypertension, patients with liver and kidney diseases, leukemia patients, and vitiligo patients should be used with caution.
   10. Poor control of endocrine disorders, such as diabetes or thyroid dysfunction and masculinization of hormones. should be used with caution.
   11. People who take medicines containing aspirin within two weeks before treatment should use it with caution.
   12. If fillers such as hyaluronic acid, collagen, and fat injection are applied within six months of treatment, the doctor must be informed before the operation.

PREPARATION BEFORE OPERATION

1. 1. Cleaning, disinfection, application of epidermal anesthetic
      • Before operation, the metal jewelry items worn on the body should be removed.
      • Before operation, deeply cleanse the skin.
      • If there is excessive hair on the treatment area, the excess hair should be shaved in advance.
      • Operators need to wear disposable medical gloves and disinfect them to prevent intraoperative infection.
      • Apply anesthetic/numbing ointment evenly on the site, and cover it with a layer of plastic wrap, wait for about 30-45 minutes, then clean and remove the anesthetic, wipe clean and do a good job of skin disinfection; 70% alcohol can be used , iodophor and other disinfectants to disinfect the skin surface, and then use normal saline to wipe and clean the skin. (Whether or not to apply anesthesia depends on personal tolerance). If you have a record of allergies to anesthetics, please inform the doctor before the operation.
   2. Tips for card swiping activation: E2 tips “Please swipe card” appears on the interface of the working system, please put the card in the card swiping sensing area of the main unit and beep it, and when you hear the “beep beep” sound, the system automatically recognizes and then the E2 tips disappears, indicating that the card is swiped successfully.
   3. Debug the machine
      • The operator should check the function of the handle and the probe before use, click the start button, and then step on the foot switch to observe whether the needle of the probe protrudes and returns, and check whether the needle is bent or deformed. If there is a deformed needle, it cannot be used. If there is no problem, perform normal operation on the skin.
      • Before the operation, adjust the appropriate parameters according to the skin condition of the operation site and treatment demands of the customer.
      • Set up and confirm treatment parameters: If the expected endpoint of erythema and edema (in a pointed shape) is not achieved, increase the RF energy. If the response is too large, reduce the parameter.

OPERATION STEPS

1. 1. When preparing to operate, the beautician will stick the operating handle 90° vertically on the skin, and apply firm pressure to completely stick to the skin, and then step on the foot switch to start the operation, releasing the microneedle to penetrate the skin and output energy ;
   2. Use fixed-point stamping to lift and move, and do not drag in circles or parallel sliding operations to avoid scratching the skin.
   3. Make sure that each beam of energy is launched and the microneedle shrinks back to the top before lifting the handle, and place it in a stamped manner to overlap and cover about 30-50% of the adjacent area, and apply firm pressure after it is completely attached to the skin , and then step on the foot switch to start operation; sequentially operate in sections in the form of stamping. You only need to operate 1 to 2 times, remember not to repeat it many times, which will affect the time for scab removal
   4. During the operation, the handle should be vertically close to the skin. The handle should not be tilted or unbalanced. After each beam of energy is emitted and the microneedle is retracted to the top, the handle should be lifted and removed. Do not lift the handle or touch the skin falsely during the
      energy emission process;
   5. Occasionally, depending on the unevenness of the operation, an additional 1-2 treatment gaps should be appropriately applied to optimize the results, so as to strengthen the post-treatment gap after completing the entire area.
   6. When the operation depth exceeds 3mm, use firmer pressure to press against the skin to ensure the contact and coupling between the tip and the skin. The deeper the depth, the greater the pressure.
   7. When treating thin skin/tissues such as the neck or cheekbones, forehead, bridge of the nose and other bony areas with protruding bone tissue and thin skin, the energy should be appropriately reduced, and the depth should be adjusted according to the individual skin condition;
   8. During the operation, the hairline, eyebrows, eyeballs, lips, blood vessels, and Adam’s apple should be avoided.
   9. During the treatment process, observe the skin reaction at any time, ask the customer how they feel, and make timely parameter adjustments;
   10. During the injection treatment, if there is bleeding from the needle point, you can prepare medical sterile gauze or a large cotton swab and wipe it while doing it.
   11. During the application process, it is a normal reaction to feel a slight needling sensation or fever. Because each person’s skin quality is different and the sensitivity of different parts of the body is different, the treatment experience and skin reaction will also be different; unbearable, Please inform the operator. If the customer feels abnormal, stop immediately and observe whether the skin reaction is too severe after treatment. if it is too heavy, reduce the energy or parameters appropriately.

 

POSTOPERATIVE REACTIONS AND MEASURES

1. 1.  After the operation, ice compresses can be used for 10-20 minutes to calm and soothe. Warmly reminder: You can choose ice guide ice pack or medical ice pack for ice compress. It is recommended to wrap plastic wrap or use sterile gauze to prevent the ice pack from melting and wetting the operation area and causing infection. Or take a medical mask on ice (refrigerate the mask first).
   2. Postoperative reaction: (1) Immediately after the operation, the skin will be slightly warm and hot, accompanied by slight swelling and redness, which is a normal phenomenon; the hot feeling usually subsides after 1-3 hours, and the slight swelling and redness subside in about 1-3 days. POSTOPERATIVE PRECAUTIONS

   5. Do not massage and knead the treated area excessively and vigorously within 15 days after the operation.
   6. Do not use skin care products containing irritating ingredients within 15 days after surgery, such as skin care products with irritating ingredients such as acid, A acid, salicylic acid, exfoliation, high-concentration vitamin C, and alcohol.
