ICANCLAVE T are benchtop steam sterilizers with Class B pre & post vacuum type, complies with the European standard EN 13060. Excellent Performance:

Full automatic table top autoclave with pre-set programs. Electronic door locking. Complies with European standard EN 13060. In-built independent rapid steam generator ensures quick sterilization cycles. Rapid post sterilization vacuum drying. With one fresh water tank and one used water tank. LCD screen displaying time, temperature, and pressure, process alert, and instrument conditions. User-friendly interface. Self-initialization when working at different altitudes. Choice of language setting including: English, Spanish, German, Polish, French, Hungarian, Romanian, Dutch, Lithuanian, Latvian, Czech, Italian, and Chinese.

 

Safety and Monitoring:

Double safety protection system prevents the cycle from starting if the door is not correctly locked. This system also prevents the door from opening if the pressure inside the chamber is not equal to atmospheric pressure outside the chamber.

Pressure safety valve prevents overpressure in the chamber and steam generator. The power is automatically cut if a short circuit or electrical fault occurs. Able to detect and identify the exact cause of any problem, and to issue a specific error code to the operator.

Water level main switch in the main tank controlling the min and max water level. Automatic warning for maintenance..

USB port (option): it is used for connecting a USB stick, all sterilization data are automatically written to the USB stick, and can be ready directly in any PC and stored electronically.

Quick S Cycle, 15 minutes

When a medical institution does not have many sterilizers but requires a lot of surgeries or the instruments need to be sterilized urgently, it must need a sterilizer has a quick cycle. The fast S cycle sterilizes solid or hollow instruments quickly and effectively, helping to improve the workflow increasing the efficiency of the process, being also an effective solution when instruments need to be sterilized urgently.

 

Water quality monitoring

The in-tank sensor checks the water quality at all times to prolong the life of the sterilizer and maintain its performance. It can print the water quality value in the cycle report.

 

Simplified water filling

ICANCLAVE T series are equipped with manual water filling and draining by quick couplings, also can be equipped with an automatic feed system that withdraws demineralized water from an external tank.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Report printing

The standard internal printer delivers a sterilization report after each cycle ends in the same way an optional barcode printer prints barcode labels that contain the information related to the sterilization cycle, making the traceability of the load easier and faster.

 

Data export

When the USB flash driver is plugged in, the cycle report will be stored after cycle finishes. The sterilizer also has an internal memory that can store up to 9999 cycles.
